Company Get Together and the Whole Roasted Pig

Last Saturday, our company has a get a together and we had some lunch. I want to share with you some pictures we have taken, especially my picture with the whole roasted pig locally know as “litson” o “lechon”.

Here in the Philippines, the “lechon” is usually the highlight and the most popular dish of any occasions, namely, birthdays, fiesta, wedding, baptismal and even company meetings. Lechon is served together with a sauce made from pig liver.ย  It has a very crispy skin and has a very moist meat inside that I’m sure everyone really enjoy their lunch. ๐Ÿ™‚
