Even how busy I am with my daily task, I make sure to watch Pinoy Fear Factor every night. This evening, the result of the elimination disappoints me. I was not expecting Manuel to be eliminated. Manuel was my bet to be the First Pinoy Fear Factor Winner – El Ultimo Participante…. unfortunately he got the longest time on the stunt “Ang Mailibing ng Buhay”.
I know Manuel was also disappointed that he got the longest time in the last and final week of Pinoy fear factor. He was one of the tough participants and was able to break and set records on most of the stunts.. unfortunately I guess being the El Ultimo Participante is not for him.
Now I just don’t feel like watching pinoy fear factor anymore…I don’t like any of the remaining participants. Now, I don’t care whoever wins … good thing is they are ending this week.
FYI:
I guess if Manuel was eliminated because he really got the longest time and that Janna was not help by the PFF staff during that “Ang Mailibing ng Buhay” stunt, Manuel’s elimination could have been more acceptable and less disappointing to many.

I didn’t get to watch the entire show, but sabi dito unfair daw yung kay Janna, kasi humingi sya ng help at tinulungan sya. So dapat si Janna raw ma-eeliminate. That’s what they said.

i agree. i was very disappointed with the obvious pagiging bias ng pff. napakadaming irregularities ng nangyari. they should have taken this into consideration. whoever wins, nobody will care except siguro kamaganak niya. we know deep inside our hearts who is the real winner. pinakita lahat ng naging achievements ni manuel. sunod sunod. it was really heart warming. NO BODY DESERVES IT MORE THAN MANUEL.

yep.. same opinion as we have. Unfair yun kasi hinukay nila ang buhangin. Frustrating talaga ang naging resulta ng hamon.. maraming fans/manonood ang nawalan ng gana at nagalit. Kasi kung wala sanang naghukay at tumulong kay jannah.. walang magrereklamo.
Even in the other stunts before this final week, they wanted Manuel out of the contest. There were numerous times when they had questionable finish time in the stunts. and even if Manuel was deserving winner of the show, i think the producers of the show had other things in mind. And now they pretended to help Janna because she was going to get buried, o come on! They should repeat the stunt. ITS NOT FAIR. Manuel worked hard for those challenges. SO many of the stunts that WERE MEANT to ELIMINATE Manuel, they tried their best and FINALLY THEY WON. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN WATCHING THE SHOW ESPEICALLY . THE original fear factor played their game FAIR & SQUARE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SHOW.

I agree to almost nang blogger, something happen wrong to the stunt yesterday, Janna should be eliminated but instead, its Finally Manuel, maraming beses na nilang hinanapan nang butas si manuel para ma eliminate , I guest nag tagumpay na sila, Can we ask help to the Senate for further investigation of this matter. I wish si Janna ang manalo sa laro, para hindi masyadong masakit kay Super Manuel.

This show was a total disappointment to me. I have been an avid viewer of Fear Factor and I have almost watch all of their shows and episode some of them are still on my DVR(Digital Video Recorder) so when I heard that Pinoy Fear Factor will be a aired I was excited but was a little disappointed with the different kinds of rules that are base solely for Pinoy version of Fear Factor. If i could email the president or vice president of ABS i would but I feel its a waste of time as this show was solely for ratings and viewer counts. After watching the episode Feb 17/18, 2009 not sure as im living in California I was so disappointed RULES are RULES being helped by the staff means a disqualification as it signifies that the participant needed help. In those cases Fear Factor should penalize the participant by added time to the total time as with all of Fear Factor shows that when a needed help from the staff/crew was done. I liked the show but Pinoy Fear Factor just lost me. I will again point out that because the Participant was helped (some sands where scooped out of her way by two crew/staff it lead to a more easier finishing of the challenge. Watch Discovery channel and other science channel where they explain how sand works, just a small amount of sand on top of each other can generate enough force/pressure to immobilize a person thus making it hard to continue with the challenge. the specific show im pointing is “One way out” at discovery channel episode “buried alive”. I was super disappointed really really disappointed. A Reality show means REAL not manipulated and/or be edited “http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinoy_Fear_Factor” = Pinoy Fear Factor is a franchise reality show on ABS-CBN.

So, many has also realized that something unfair really happened. Well, hindi naman talaga fault ni Janna kung tinulungan sya as she didn’t really ask for it but PFF officials (whoever they are making decisions on the results of stunts/time) should have done something to avoid speculations of fraud there. I agree, they should have added some time as penalty to Janna or pwede rin sanang ipinaulit na lang nila. I’ve seen how the Argentinian staff digged up the sands to help Janna — ang dami talagang natanggal na sand. It was really critical dahil pwedeng magpatagal pa sana kay Janna yun kung marami pang bumagsak na sand. Also, i do not know what happened. When i watch Manuel execute the stunt, parang hindi naman umabot ng more than 8 minutes ‘yung timer. Sa pagkatanda ko talaga e a little more than 7 minutes lang kaya ‘nung sinabing may nakakuha ng more than 8 minutes, akala ko ‘yun yung kay Janna. Unfair rin for the viewers kasi hindi naman nila pinakita ‘yung timer hanggang matapos ni Janna yung stunt. Siguro nga dapat ipakita nila yung unedited version ng stunt….better kung pinapakita nila ng sabay ‘yung kay Janna and Manuel para mas makita kung sino talaga mas nagtagal. I don’t know, i have a feeling na minanipulate na nila results.
ABS-CBN listen to the people clamouring for explanation kung bakit ganon ang naging result. Dapat ba naglagay rin kami ng sarili naming timer para mas naorasan talaga namin kung gaano katagal si Janna. And what do you have to say about the fault of Argentinian staff who panicked and tried to help Janna? Please enlighten us because the people got confulsed and cheated.
To Manuel, believe that when God closes the door, He opens a window. The PFF El Ultimo Participante must not really for you but God will give you better opportunities to be able to shine and achieve your dreams. We’ll include you in our prayers.

what happened to the elimenation was unfair. From the time i’ve seen is that manuel got 6 minutes plus and janna jot 7 minutes plus. where the hell the 8 minutes come from???
Three of us watching the score of manuel and we are exactly sure that it is 6 minutes and not 8 minutes! I swear to God that I will die if im lying.
The argentina staff was helping janna because they panic. So, it is not her fault but its from staff.

Maybe all of us Manuel fans are so disappointed with what happened last night. My tears fell for Manuel. I only watch PFF because of him but this is just a game, one wins and one losses, maybe it’s not for our idol. Guess we just have to accept the fact that he was defeated this time.
For ABS-CBN to clear all issues here, they should show us now the full length (uncut version) of the stunt wherein timer is being revealed in the TV screen. Also please ABS-CBN management, give us the chance to see Manuel again in the television… please!please!please!

To Wasak. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang hindi pa wasak sa yo. Ingat ka. Bakit ginugulo mo mga fans ni Supermanuel? Make PFF show the unedited times of the participantes. Manuel did better than Janna in the stunt. We here in Toronto think there was a manipulation of the results. Many times in the program, it was shown how they were biased against Manuel. Whenever it’s SuperManuel who gets to do any stunt first, the other participantes can watch. When Manuel is not the first, they don’t let him see the techniques of the other players. In the horse in the mud stunt, Manuel was pulled outside the cirlce of mud that’s why he was bruised so badly. Ryan seemed to also prefer the other participantes over Manuel. They’ve been so unfair to Manuel. The time of Janna was longer than Manuel’s. They should have also added more time to her as she was helped by the Argentine crew. Think of what they did in American Fear Factor. It doesn’t matter if Janna didn’t ask for their help. She was helped, that’s a fact and that really made it easier for her. Now, I don’t care who will win. I decided not to watch the show anymore when I learned Manuel was eliminated. Don’t want to waste my time to watch the undeserving remaining participantes do an easy stunt on the last round of elimination and see the antagonistic faces of Ryan, Jommy and Marion.
Nakaka-sad talaga at na-eliminate na si Manuel…. Well, for sure it was not meant for him and i know may best plan pa si Lord para sa kanya. Let us think positive na lang sa lahat ng supporters ni Super Manuel. We know naman na he is the toughest guy sa PFF, nagkataon lang na malaki katawan nya at maliit ung lalagyan para sa kanya. Manuel Chua is the ONLY reason why i tuned in each night to watch Pinoy Fear Factor, not even the host, Ryan. Manuel seemed to be a real person. I hated the facts that everyone was always ganging up on him because he always stayed on TOP of the game. Surely, the rest of them are thrilled that he is out. You guys got the chance!
It’s quite DISAPPOINTING that he’s been eliminated and this assures you that I will NEVER watch the rest of the show and I could careless who ever is the last person standing.

There is one thing that they missed in the rule for that challenge. They should have included a rule wherein if in any event the crew will see that you are in danger, they will not wait for you to signal the “surrender” sign. The crew made a mistake and they are to be blamed. Darn!!! They should have efficient crews working for them! Remember what happened to LJ? when they forgot to offer her a nose clip. That was simply carelessness on their part. Since this is pinoy factor they have to be always on their toes. The fact that Janna did not give a signal that she is giving up then the crew should have not helped her! Helping her made her finish it ahead of Manuel and it just disappoints me!

I have always wanted na si SuperManuel ang manalo and he’s proven himself many times on how much he deserves to win. But last night’s episode ruined everything. It is really unfair and unjust. Fear Factor crews have somehow helped Janna from that stunt, well obviously – kaya nga nakakainis e. Anyway, Manuel losses that one last chance to become the El Ultimo Participante but he never and will never be forgotten on how well he did by setting world records from previous stunts. Yun nga ang kaabang abang sa kanya e di ba?
My disappointment have been that after finding out that he losses against Janna, I never again had the interest of knowing what else happens next. Never will I care who becomes the top contender. Win by sheer luck lang and so not deserving.
People have sympathy for Manuel’s defeat and still wanted more about him… This I think is more important than winning 2M, House and Lot, etc…
I watched PFF everynight, I can assure you Manuels’ time wasn’t 8 min., I think around 6:40 but not more than 8 min. Janna’s time was not shown but for sure is longer, one thing is for sure though, Manuel’s time was shown as mentioned and when the decision is made they said one is 8 min and the other one is 7+, for sure Manuel did not reach 8 min.
This is truly an embarassment, not because I like Manuel but the truth did not prevail, we know how all participants did their best, knowing one was obviously deceived is disheartening.
I just hope ABS-CBN/Endemol management will investigate this matter to clear up their name, and in fairness to all the participants and the show’s avid supporters.

Ryan and all the staff of PFF, what happened to Manuel is extremely unfair! The Argentinian crews should have not assisted Janna during the time that she was buried/dumped with the sand. Why should she have gotten special treatment? She should have been eliminated immediately. Manuel was struggling as harder as she was! If your show is not going to be FAIR to all contenders, then, you might as well discontinue or ban it – because what is the POINT!
